STEMIND is sold by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. All billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf.

30-Day Refund Guarantee

✅ No-questions-asked refund within 30 days

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase (Starter or Lab plan), you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Renewal payments are also eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the renewal charge date.

How to Request a Refund

Option A — Email Us

Contact us at billing@stemind.io with your account email and the Paddle invoice number. We process refunds within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

AI Usage Credits

⚠️ Note on AI runs

AI usage credits consumed (EXPLORE ~$0.50, DEVELOP ~$3.00, VALIDATE ~$8.00 per run) are non-refundable once the run completes successfully, as these costs are passed directly to our AI providers. Subscription fees are fully refundable within the 30-day window.
