Refund Policy

STEMIND is a product sold by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. All billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf.

30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on all subscriptions (Starter and Lab plans). If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Renewal payments are also eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the renewal charge date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at billing@stemind.io with your account email and the invoice number from Paddle. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Alternatively, you may contact Paddle's buyer support directly at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-protection.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings > Billing page. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
